Human Resources Partner
John serves as Human Resources Business Partner at Rhoda Goldman Plaza, where he provides hands-on employee relations support, HR guidance on policies, practices, and compliance issues, as well as strategic partnership to the RGP leadership team, aligning JFCS’ strategy with RGP’s objectives. He brings over 6 years of HR experience along with 20+ years of experience in benefits administration and payroll processing. John embraces a people-first approach, an analytical mindset, and gets energized when supporting others in their professional journey so that each person strives to learn new things, improves upon their procedures, and strengthens their connections with colleagues. Originally from Minnesota, John earned a BFA in Theatre from the University of Minnesota, Duluth (UMD) and is passionate about environmental conservation, LGBTQ equity, and anti-racism education.
