Samson Legesse is a building engineer with over 25 years of experience in construction and maintenance servicing residential care communities, who actively seeks out and achieves high-quality living environments that enrich their residents. An award-winning director, Samson also maintains an RCFE administrator certificate. He is a Fire Safety Director – SFFD and Local 39 stationary engineer in addition to his certification in building supervision and a list of varied skilled trades. Samson is well known for consistently raising the bar in excellence and safety.
